PROPOSAL - Following our conversation, you’ll receive a customized proposal crafted around your priorities and needs, outlining the services and design direction tailored specifically for you.
CONTRACT - Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll finalize everything with a contract and officially welcome you into the Paloma Events experience.

WELCOME - You’ll receive a tailored Welcome Packet and access to your personal Client Portal, a private space where your checklist, budget, guest list, layouts and timelines live in perfect order.
VENDOR CURATION - We thoughtfully match you with exceptional vendors who align with your aesthetic, priorities, and budget—ensuring every member of your wedding team feels intentional and harmonious.
DESIGN BOOKLET - For our Full Service clients, we create a customized Design Booklet, complete with vision boards and carefully curated details. We oversee every element—from rentals and florals to the final touches—so your design feels effortless and entirely yours.
TIMELINE - Before your big day, we create and distribute timelines specific to your vendors, venue, Bride and Groom, family and bridal party so everyone feels confident and prepared.
REHEARSAL - We will coordinate your ceremony rehearsal prior to the wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day-of.
WEDDING DAY - On the day itself, our team is the first to arrive and the last to depart. We orchestrate each moment seamlessly—managing vendors, overseeing details, and ensuring the timeline flows beautifully.
