INITIAL CONSULTATION - Prior to our initial conversation we'll send you our Wedding Inquiry Questionnaire. This will help us learn more about you, your vision for your wedding, style, and the services you're interested in. This will make for an easy and productive chat!
PROPOSAL - Following our consultation, you’ll receive a customized proposal of our services and pricing based on your specific needs.
Once the proposal is agreed upon, we'll follow up with a formal contract to seal the deal.
Then, let the onboarding begin!

WELCOME PACKET - Our partnership begins with your Welcome Packet, which includes a run down of the services you hired us for, our policies, workflow and list of preferred vendors.
CLIENT PORTAL - We'll set you up with our online Client Portal that includes your checklist, budget management tool, guest list tracking, timelines and event layout.
VENDOR SOURCING / PLANNING - Whether you are a Day-Of, Partial or a Full Service client, we'll get you set up in sourcing your ideal wedding vendor team based on your needs, style and budget. Your planning timeline and checklist items will then be created based on your contracted services.
DESIGN BOOKLET - If you’ve engaged our Full Planning and Design services, we start creating our vision boards and building your customized Design Booklet 8-10 months prior to your wedding. We drive all of the logistics behind the scenes: communicating with rental companies, floral and your venue to bring your vision to life!

Your event is the time for you to enjoy everything we have worked so hard to bring together and for Paloma Events to run the show.
TIMELINE - Before your big day, we create and distribute timelines specific to your vendors, venue, Bride and Groom, family and bridal party.
REHEARSAL - We will coordinate your ceremony rehearsal prior to the wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day-of.
WEDDING DAY - We'll be there at the beginning of the day to oversee and manage your set-up, vendors and guests, and above all, successfully execute your event timeline.
This is the day that you will create memories that you cherish forever, so soaking up every moment with your guests and loved ones is the most important thing you can do! We are your support system throughout and we'll see it through until the very end.
